Unlock protected ECUs on numerous industrial, agricultural and power generation vehicles from 2021 onwards with KESS3.

KESS3 expands its coverage for professional applications with the new BOOT Unlock protocol for Bosch MD1CE101 ‘Locked’ ECUs, installed on a wide range of latest-generation heavy-duty vehicles, agricultural machinery and generators.

The first operation requires opening the ECU and unlocking it in BOOT mode using the KESS3 Unlock Module accessory, applying the required patch.

Once the procedure is complete, you will always be able to use the protocols already available: in OBD from the diagnostic socket or in BENCH from the ECU connector, without opening the ECU again.

With this release, you can use KESS3 on the latest ECUs fitted to trucks, tractors, combine harvesters, wheel loaders, graders, telehandlers and other recent professional applications, all powered by FPT powertrains.
